Under Armour sought to expand the Holotat mobile application to cater specifically to University of Maryland students, offering them a unique opportunity to express pride in their school through holographic tattoos. The Holotats app generates temporary tattoos in an Augmented Reality format, bringing designs to life via a free app available on both iOS and Android platforms. This innovative approach fosters creativity and imagination, providing users with an engaging and personalized experience.
During a two-month engagement with Balti-virtual, a startup company, I served as a UX/UI design consultant. In this capacity, I provided strategic guidance and expertise to enhance the user experience and interface design, contributing valuable insights to the project's success within the designated timeframe.

Process
Leveraging the existing comprehensive style guide for web and mobile applications at the University of Maryland, I embarked on developing the Holotat application. Beginning with thorough research on similar holographic features in applications, I conceptualized several ideas and approaches, which were translated into low-fidelity mockups. Collaborating closely with the team, we collectively determined the design direction to pursue. Subsequently, I refined the chosen concept into high-fidelity mockups and developed a clickable prototype, effectively demonstrating the envisioned user experience.
Solution
Through collaborative efforts with the development team, we successfully delivered a final prototype within a timely manner. This prototype effectively showcased the alignment with business needs and requirements, ensuring that the envisioned objectives were met seamlessly.

Outcomes
