Upon joining Workbench, a burgeoning startup, I assumed the role of Senior UX/UI Designer. With the company already operational for a year, I was entrusted with crafting its web identity from scratch. This entailed conceptualizing and implementing design strategies to establish a cohesive and user-friendly online presence, contributing to the platform's growth and success.

Given the pre-existing logo and print identity of the Workbench platform, I seamlessly incorporated these elements into my web style guide, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, with the support of an in-house photographer, I curated high-quality product images to enhance the platform's visual appeal. Through iterative design processes, I crafted mockups and conducted presentations for review by the CEO and team, fostering alignment with project objectives. Collaborating closely with our in-house developers, I coordinated the implementation of design concepts into the website, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
