To capture essential business requirements, I initiated direct engagement at beauty salons, conducting insightful one-on-one interviews with five diverse barbers, hairstylists, and massage therapists. Subsequently, I facilitated user testing at beauty seminars and schools, employing a clickable prototype to refine our solutions based on real-world feedback.

My contribution to the project encompassed the delivery of essential UX assets, including a clickable prototype, user flows, and personas.
